If you plan on building a home you probably expect to experience a multitude of problems which you may have difficulty resolving with the builder or various sub contractors. My wife and I were able to watch the entire project from the clearing of the footprint to the total completion of our new home inside and outside. All I can say is that American Family Homes kept us fully aware of every phase of this project on a weekly basis and daily whenever needed. Our project manager and or the owner (Mike Neace) was continually on the site keeping everything in check much to our satisfaction. I have concluded that this company deserves a higher number than TEN for the quality, attention to detail, and their ability to perform as promised. This is the second house that we have built and American Family Home did a great job with no surprises throughout the entire build. Stephen was our super on the job and was great.
