Valencia Apartments

Ruth was the worst manager ever. Never did she address issues that were brought up, the pool was always kept closed. I returned the apartment in pristine condition and was never returned my full deposit. There is also mold and roaches in the apartments. Bathroom of unit was improperly built there was no windows for bathroom and the bathroom always has clogging issues for the shower especially with the unit above pipes are so old everything from the unit above would drain in my shower it was disgusting.

The apartment is nice and spacious, and the manager is very helpful and attentive. Truly thankful.

over priced. they dont upgrade anything they just paint over it. they have rats and mice. I had to call the health department on them to clean my carpet from mice problems. pipes are old black stuff come out of the sink. manager does not care about anything but her check. property management and owner Ignore tenants problems . they will not give back security deposit will charge for old stuff that was never fixed or new

Ruth, the manager is a thief and a liar. And the only reason I was able to get something back that she stole from me, was because I *67'd my number and then showed up to confront her face to face.
