Updated review: the 2 star tow company Mr. C's, that they use are crooks... be aware even if you have a parking pass your car will get towed right from your parking spot. The manager approved my car and I have my parking sticker and my car still got towed! Nothing gets fixed.. I've been here for over 10 years and have had over 6 different apartment managers. Each manager has a different policy on how the building is ran. Over the years they seem to lease to any and everyone. The property had been ran down since 2007
Hawthorne Terrace is a great place to live. The manager is awesome, the building is always clean, friendly people, and the building even have holidays events for the kinds. I would recommend living here. The area is pretty close to all your major stores...
I live here it's a great place to live. I really like my apartment but the Residents and Their guests are rude. So I just mind my business and don't talk to anyone.
Very friendly and professional staff. Property was well-kept.
