VALE Lake Wylie

Great apartments with solid amenities. The gym is amazing. All the common areas are beautiful. The property manager Brittany is a complete rockstar. The other residents and staff are all so friendly. Everything is always clean and it’s a very nice environment. The only thing I wish I knew before moving in is that there are a lot of huge dogs here. They are LOUD and you will hear barking frequently at all hours of the day and night which isn’t the best thing ever especially for sleep. Overall it’s a great place to live and I would recommend it but be prepared for an above average noise level for an apartment.

I’ve had an amazing experience at VALE Lake Wylie so far. The community feels modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with amenities that truly stand out — from the resort-style common areas (sauna, cold plunge, hot tubs) to the WELLIFIZE wellness programs. The staff has been exceptional. Ashley, Teresa, and Brittany have each gone above and beyond to make my move-in and day-to-day experience smooth and enjoyable. They’re friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help — you can tell they genuinely care about the residents here. There is still some development happening since the property is newer, but it hasn’t disrupted my daily life, and it’s clear they’re committed to completing everything to a high standard. From the moment we drove into the parking lot, you could feel the welcoming spirit. The whole apartment complex is honestly breathtaking “beautiful” isn’t even strong enough to describe it. It was truly stunning. The agent who helped us, Ashley, was incredible. She was so helpful, very informative, and genuinely happy to assist us. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and made sure we understood all of our options. We can’t wait to sign our lease and become part of this community. Thank you so much, Ashley, for helping us make our decision and for being so amazing.

My boyfriend and I have been on the hunt for a place in lake Wylie and we decided to tour Vale. Ashley the assistant property manager showed us the complex and a few units and we were super impressed! The property is more geared towards wellness and wellbeing which makes this complex more unique than other places we looked at. Ashley was amazing by being able to answer all of our questions throughly and with confidence. We’re definitely going to be renting from here soon!

Wellness is what the team at Vale Lake Wylie is emphasizing. The art and decor ✨️ 😍 are phenomenal. The pool and outdoor space are exquisite. The gym is state-of-the-art, equipped with all the recovery tools necessary for total rejuvenation of the mind and body. I have had an excellent experience!! See you soon Mrs. Teresa!!
