Revere at Lake Wylie

Lived at Revere for a little over a year, and we’re overall pleased with our experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They host little events to get residents involved, which is nice to bring community together. Maintenance typically resolves requests immediately. The landscapers really do a top notch job and are here frequently making sure our grounds look nice. Although trash pours over sometimes (never been at a complex that didn’t have this issue, it just happens) they usually immediately have it resolved or cleaned. Our neighbors are friendly, and we have an understanding that we’ll hear each other, but we all try to be respectful. We enjoy Revere, and don’t have a ton of complaints.

I have lived at Revere at Lake Wylie for 8 months now and have really enjoyed the experience overall. One of the best highlights for me is having a full-size washer and dryer in-unit. It is a huge convenience that makes daily life so much easier compared to using shared facilities. The swimming pool and the fitness center amenities are also fantastic The community is very pet-friendly, I love to watch the pets walking with their owner. The management team is friendly and they do a great job of making everyone feel welcome. Highly recommended for anyone looking in the Clover area.

Love this place! We moved here at the most difficult time in our lives and Brittany was so sweet and helpful, held our hand as we figured out all the things! Rachel was a rockstar, too and they both have continued to be beacons of support and hope in this beautiful little community. The neighbors are great, amenities fun, lots of family friendly and pet friendly activities and celebrations all year long! Jonathon and Trish have been awesome additions to the team. We couldn’t be more grateful for the office and their kindness, and the pride they put into this wonderful place.

The grounds are lovely and well kept. The apartments are very spacious and up to date, very light and open. The thing that really makes it is the people in the office. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I just moved in and couldn't be happier.

I have been here for two months. It's quite the complex is clean. I had a maintenance issue the problem was solved immediately. I want give a great review to Brittany she was the best in helping with my application and my moving process. There are tons of stores in the area I like here.
