Vail Village Apartments

Can agree with other reviews that this may be the worst apartment experience I have been through, specifically regarding the move out process. Signage of the lease was totally fine, the area is not great but not horrible. Then came the shutting off of the hot water for a good 3 weeks. They kept having people come out and fix it and they kept messing up. Then came the laundry room. I live in a studio, so I do not have in unit washer and dryers so I use the laundry room at the complex. Not only do they CHARGE you 2.50 for each washer AND dryer cycle, the dryer cycles take at least 2 to three cycles to actually dry the clothes. Every time I would complain about this, they would just "refund my credit" instead of fixing the actual issues. Also can confirm the pool is only open for like 3 month

I had the pleasure of living at Vail Village and loved every bit of it. The views from my balcony, the layout of my apartment, and the care and warmth from the office and maintenance staff. Mir has been AMAZING from day one and like I told her, if I could move the entire apartment complex to my new city I would without hesitation! Any time I needed maintenance they came same day or the very next. You guys are truly a gem and I appreciate all the laughs, care, and seamless processes! Thank you!

I recently moved into Vail Village and have had a deeply disappointing experience. Initially, I was shown a room that was in very poor condition. After I raised my concerns, the office switched me to another apartment, which, unfortunately, also had significant issues like damaged fixtures, mold in the bathroom, and a poorly installed microwave. To make matters worse, the management’s communication was extremely unprofessional. The front desk staff left before office hours ended, and I had to request that they leave the key in the apartment so I could access it. Even then, I was given visitor access to the parking gate, causing further inconvenience. Overall, it’s clear there are serious management issues and a lack of proper maintenance. I regret renting an apartment here and feel misle

It's coming up on a year at Vail Village Apartments and it's been a very peaceful stay for me. The representative in the office are very nice and understanding to any problems that you may have. Maintenance are very professional and get the job done on a high level. I also love the trash service that they provide. I made a wonderful choice when I chose Vail Village and I will be renewing my lease again.

What it is like to live at Vail Village. I am very disappointed with my experience here for the last year. Before we go into that lets start with the Pros. The front desk was generally nice and responsive. The pool is beautiful. I got an apartment at a reduced rate since the floors had not been renovated yet like the other apartments. However the stone counter tops were and I very much enjoyed them. The appliances although older were in very good condition and suited me well. The location is nice since most of what you need is close by. The Cons: Uppon first moving in matience had to come in several times to get my air conditioner and heater to work properly. By the end of my year lease maitence had to come in several time to fix my ac and heating unit again. They also had to de clog my
