Firstly, I wanna say a big big thank you to Jholiseth, she has been awesome, kind, patient and extremely professional from day one. She helped, advised and was truly helpful to me while I made my enquiries. And even after moving in the staffs has been so kind. My first request for repairs was attended to swiftly. The environment is clean, safe and secure. Thank you VAIL....

Update as of 4/1/2024: This place is still just as bad as when I moved in . Nothing has changed . Bad crime , unsafe , dirty . Note to anyone looking at the 5 star reviews …. Management ran a special for March ( leave a good review for a chance to win a 55” TV ) . Please do yourself a favor and read the real reviews ! I usually do not leave reviews but the experience here at Vail Quarters has been less than pleasant . First issue was upon move in , Maria Acuna the assistant property manager called me at work to inform me that my unit that was being renovated was not complete . This is totally understandable however they asked that my move in be moved back exactly one week as they were waiting on a stove to arrive . I proceeded to move in to the unit , the kitchen was not complete . I h

I’ve been here for 6 months and I will not be renewing my lease. I moved here from another state and hoped that this would be somewhere I would stay for awhile. Unfortunately besides the pest issues I experienced when I first here, I have been dealing with the DOG URINE smell in my apartment from previous tenant. I don’t even own a dog. The previous tenant’s dog must of had terrible anxiety and urinated everywhere and chewed miscellaneous things. The URINE smell is so unpleasant and unsanitary. It was even stronger before I had to literally beg them to replace the carpets. It’s like they didn’t believe me. Urine sinks through things. After replacing the carpets, it still smells like urine. I see liquid marks on the walls where the dog most likely lifted their leg up to relieve themself. I

The management team is great, I've had questions answered from Emily, Jasmine, and Kathy before/after move-in. The variety of floor plans that are offered and "model" rooms helped me decide what would best fit my needs. After getting a confirmation of my selected room I was assigned a parking spot, a gate key fob, and entertainment/workout key fob which shows me the security measures they take. The move-in packet came with everything I needed, electric/cable/internet info, animal policy, and living info. The apartments are newly updated (flooring/paint/appliances) and the environment is friendly/calm. There are two pool areas with grills for entertainment. We have LOVED living here! The office staff have been nothing short of amazing. Kathy and Ashley have always been willing to answer questions, and resolve concerns. The maintenance team is prompt and have addressed our requests in a timely manner. The team is very friendly, always smiling and waving when we see them in passing. We will definitely miss living here!
