Vail Management

We had a wonderful stay in Vail this past weekend. The home we reserved was just perfect for us — with easy access to skiing and restaurants as well as shopping. We already are looking at dates for next year.

In the year 2000, we bought a top floor Snowfox Condo unit In Vail with mountain view. Based on information and recommendations available at that time, we decided to place it in Vail Management's rental pool. Over the last 17 years we were not disappointed. We have appreciated their marketing efforts (including custom video) and attention to detail that has been of great benefit from the standpoint of both revenue and ongoing maintenance. Their staff is extremely responsive and empathetic to both the needs of potential renters and owners alike.

We chose a unit approximately three days prior to our arrival. Though the unit was not great, it was very inexpensive for the area and we accepted the conditions due to price point. What was not acceptable was the dismissive tone of most everyone we interacted with. My first phone call to them was the night prior to our arrival when I had not received the address or arrival instructions. The gentleman on the other end of the phone said that they had been sent numerous times and that I probably just missed them. I searched in my inbox, junk folder and spam. They were never sent. The next interaction was when the cleaning team came for a mid-week clean. I asked only that the towels were replaced.
