I’ve been living here for almost four years, and I couldn’t be happier. This complex is exceptionally well maintained, and the management team does an amazing job keeping the common areas clean. The landscaping is always beautifully maintained throughout every season, and on snowy days, they are quick to clear the pathways. Whenever I request a repair in my apartment, it’s fixed in less than 24 hours. Thank you to the team for your excellent work—I highly recommend this place!

If it was me looking to rent, I'd run in opposite direction from Vail gardens; after talking to management and offering a bunch of supporting valid documentation to support my application, I was rejected without hesitation. I've never felt more discriminated in my life before talking to the management and leasing team. I want reiterate, worst experience I've had in customer service, renting and as a human being just interacting with another in my life. I would absolutely steer away from this place, absolutely horrible experience. If this was just the first impression and the people in the front office; I could not imagine what it is like to deal with them on a regular basis.

The place is well kept outside but the building is made cheap. You can hear every sounds your neighbor makes like they are in the same room. Management is not strict with tenants following rules so you can expect everyone doing anything like neighbors smoking weed, children running on the stairs and hallways dirty and smelling like dead animals. Office do not answer calls and when they do they act like you are wasting their time! Left this place and advise that you check it first very carefully before moving in.

Stay far far away from this complex. It is roach infested, you hear every ounce of noise your neighbor makes, you sign up to live in an apartment and aren’t aware there’s families of 4+ people in one bedroom apartments living above you (against the law). The supers are the ONLY good thing about this place. They’re attentive and kind, quick and efficient. Mike is amazing and so helpful, the only reason I survived vail for 7 months. The management office is a NIGHTMARE to deal with. Kathie claims not to know about issues going on in the building and will accuse you of causing said issue or lying about said issue, though other tenants will discount that she was not aware of the issue. They will absolutely try to rent a roach infested apartment to you. She doesn’t care that pregnant women and
