Lexica is a dream place to live. The apartment layouts are efficiently designed with plenty of space for comfortable living. The amenities and shared spaces are exquisite. As a work-from-home mom, the co-working cubicles are one of my favorite things. I am very grateful to my Lord to call Lexica home for me and my family. My husband loves the free coffee for residents. My five stars go to James from the leasing office. A company is nothing other than its collaborators, and James is the face of warmth and professionalism. I also want to mention Mike, head of the maintenance department, very friendly and always willing to help. If you're looking for a place to live with everything you're looking for as a single person, couple, family, pet owner, etc., Lexica could have what you need and more

If you’re looking for an apartment this is the place to be!! Absolutely gorgeous complex with amazing amenities. My five stars go the sweetest property manager Marcy Cowen! She responds to every email and request with swiftness and her team is so welcoming. The cleanliness of the complex is a plus. There are amenities and a lot of open seating areas which includes the work from home area that are always spotless. I’ve been here for almost a month and got a chance to meet some great residents at the holiday party making it feel like home. So happy I chose this place to live for me and my family.

I moved into Lexica a month ago and I couldn’t be more pleased! The complex is brand new with fantastic amenities, from the gym to the remote work offices downstairs, a TULU kiosk, a large (beautifully decorated) semi private room for personal events, a pool and two built in grills for outdoor entertaining. The stackable washer and dryer in the apartments and the layout was what sold me on moving here. Marcy Cohen and her team have been absolutely amazing! They are prompt when responding to requests, very nice and personable. Overall, I am really happy with my decision to move here.

I have officially been a part of this community for a month now and I am beyond happy with my decision to move here. My neighbors are so friendly and the amenities are great. I have already used the TULU machine at least 5 times. It is great to have in the building. I love the ease of access to the parking and dog area as I have a dog who loves to play outside. I look forward to the resident event this weekend to meet more neighbors. My move in was a breeze thanks to Marcy and James. I had to request maintenance once but the process was easy to request and he is timely and efficient. I’m excited to make this my home!

I would highly recommend Lexica to anyone who is looking for a spacious and comfortable home. The bedrooms are great sizes with plenty of closet space. The apartment itself is super modern and luxury not to mention the appliances are very nice with laundry in unit. I’m looking forward to the warmer weather to use the outdoor space and pool in the complex. The downstairs has a giant private room and 3 common areas. There is also a complimentary coffee machine. I have yet to use the gym but there’s that as well. My experience with James and Marcy has always been great. They will accommodate your needs and are extremely helpful. My move in process was smooth as could be no issues whatsoever.
