Starlite Homes – Extremely Poor Quality and Constant Issues I have been living in my Starlite home for six months, and almost every single week a new problem shows up. Electrical issues, AC problems, misaligned cabinets, and even a window that was installed in the wrong size — the list keeps growing.These are basic construction and quality‑control failures that should have been caught before closing. Instead, I’ve spent six months dealing with repairs and frustration.Buyers deserve transparency and proper workmanship. My experience shows a serious lack of quality control, and I’m sharing this so future buyers know what to expect.

Horrible builder, do not recommend. Lots of issues with warranty. Managers do not know how to coordinate repairs very well; it takes well over a month to complete a task. Very unprofessional; then they expect you to make time for repairs on their schedule, and people can’t even show up.

We still want to move for house next year, however I don't like being rude to us for deaf people because I have a three kids needs own room so badly that why we have a credit score also my husband is still working for two years should be move in the house for right now and I am very disappointed of them make not fair for that I did talked to him about BANK LOANS for move in the house and he say NO. I saw the bank lists for loans house from your area Vacek Pointe not make sense to me I want to move for house next year or someday if we can move to our house in future is really hard for me!
