Had a great experience with Elizabeth Wong as my agent! She was great to work with!!

Communications are pretty much non existent. Ms Wong was listed as the agent for a property I was interested in so maybe she doesn’t know that. I’ve left messages stating I was interested in buying multiple properties just to chat with anyone and still had no response. The Lack of communication reviews they have received are true.

The lack of professionalism in this company is appalling. I had scheduled an in person tour with Xiao Dan Chen, and the first time I was contacted the day before indicating my appointment needed to be rescheduled. The second time I reached out to Xiao Dan Chen, the day before the rescheduled tour, I was told that the tour would once again need to be rescheduled. At no time did the Xiao Dan Chen have the decency to contact me. There is clearly a lack of respect for a person's time. I would be cautious working with the this company.

Elizabeth from V&E Realty assisted me and my boyfriend in finding our new apartment. She was very helpful throughout the entire process. Very communicative, efficient, and knowledgable. Highly recommend!

I don’t know how this establishment is still in business. They never return phone calls or reply to emails. Intentionally ignoring people.
