Samantha and Jonathan are absolutely wonderful to work with! No matter what the question may be they find a way to help to the best of their ability and, on the rare occasion that they don't have the answer they help us to find a way to get one. Love working with these guys and only wish everyone was as great as them. Highly recommend to everyone. 👍

First let me say we started with another company that I won’t name (Earned Run Average) and we had almost zero interest in our rental property. I thought it was the timing but boy was I wrong! After signing with Utah First we had multiple showing within the first few days and had a signed lease within a few weeks. Do not waste time with another company, start with Utah First and learn from my expensive mistake!

Sam and Jonathon have been great to work with. They keep me up to date on all the things happening with my property. They work hard and get things done in a timely manner.

jonathan was such a great help while I transitioned down here to Cedar city. both the speed at which everthing was completed and his friendly demeanor made this a pleasant experience.
