Okay, patience isn't my strongest attribute. The staff at LL&I were exceptional in their details, details like the condition of the apartment, coordinating with the local Housing Authority and helping me through the Appfolio process. I received my keys yesterday and I found the apartment in perfect condition. I did notice the walls appeared to be scuffed and then painted over. Even in the kitchen and living room. I eventually realized the walls were textured... D'oh! All in all I cannot complain. Got moved in for the most part and things are improving quickly. Thank you Anna for you diligence and smile. You're the best! Take care everyone!

Awesome customer service, they helped me get a place super fast and are easy to work with. Highly recommend to use these guys for all your housing needs especially student housing.

They were SO AMAZING helping us out with everything! We had lots of questions, but Cariline was a ROCKSTAR and helped is with everything! I would 1000% recommend working with these fine folks any day of the week, they all rock! Had a huge problem with parking and they worked hard to make sure it was resolved!
