BEWARE of dealing with Alex Rebel. Snake in the grass. Got myself locked into a lease and Alex has not only been hard to contact, but has zero accountability. Don't make the same mistake I did...RUN! There are MANY other properties out there. Find them!

They understand the challenges that a small business has to face. And they are willing to work with you in order to make you successful. I would recommend to work with this company to any small business owners out there.

Carrie was Great to work with!! We were in a tight spot, and couldn't find a warehouse space anywhere that would accommodate our needs. Carrie got us in a better unit than we were looking for, and everyone was extremely professional. I don’t know who that Logan Miller guy is that commented in the reviews under me, but he doesn’t know what he’s talking about. This place is amazing. The whole team is awesome and they know how to get stuff done. The maintenance is great too. They are very responsive and polite. And what does carts have to do with the management team? It’s the tenants that occasionally don’t take them back down when they use them. Chill out and stop making a big deal out of nothing. Oh. And this place has a donut shop! So yeah take that as you will.
