Until recently, it had been 26 years since our last move. What a pleasant surprise this was, we used them on the buy and sell side. Everything was so efficient and the staff walked us through, taking the time to explain every detail along the way.
While the people I worked with were very nice, I had quite a rough time working with US Title on the sale of my condo recently. I felt like we had to go back and forth on the final assessment several times because things kept getting missed like prorating HOA fees or adding in my realtor's commission fee. Even after closing, they found another fee that was unaccounted for so I'm having to take more time off of work to stop by again and pay that. UPDATE 7/10 - I talked to my bank today who says they never received the forwarding address that I filled out with US Title at closing so they've been holding my escrow overage all this time.
Melanie was very professional and kind. She went over everything in detail, and cheerfully answered any questions. Her knowledge and demeanor are outstanding. Highly recommend .
