Chapter at the Streets of St. Charles

Living here has been wonderful! We love the location. Being walking distance to restaurants, theaters, the Katy Trail, and historic downtown is amazing. Also, the apartments and amenities are very nice and well maintained. Excellent staff too. I highly recommend living here!

I moved into Chapters at the Streets of St. Charles in October 2025 and have had a great experience so far. The building is modern, well maintained, and always smells amazing when you walk in. The location is excellent with shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the apartment is stylish and comfortable. Iris was professional and friendly throughout the move-in process, which made everything easy. Overall, I’m happy living here and would recommend it.

This apartment is amazing to live at! The amenities are amazing and everything is always so clean and nice! The area is a perfect spot with so much to do! My mom and I rode bikes down to Main Street and had ice cream which was so nice since we are so close to it! The staff at the apartment are always so nice and ready to help you with whatever you need! If you are planning on moving to an apartment, this is the place to be!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience living at Chapter! I needed to relocate for work from out of state on very short notice, and it is usually challenging to find an apartment without seeing it in person. However, the leasing office here went above and beyond to help me settle in. Iris even offered to give me a virtual FaceTime tour of the apartment and all the amazing amenities. The leasing team's kindness and dedication to providing me with a smooth out-of-state move made me feel so comfortable before I even arrived. Chapter at the Streets of Saint Charles has the most welcoming community of residents and a truly amazing living experience right in the downtown area!

This is one of the excellent communities in St. Charles area. After hunting for apartments all around St. Louis for about a year stumbled onto this, have been living here since past couple of years. The Management, especially Heather is amazing, she helped me patiently, to find an apartment tailored to my interests. The management here made me greatly appreciate 2B residential. Here are a few goods and Okays of this place Goods: - Amazing Management, very responsive and professional. - Impeccable cleanliness, which is very hard to find in St. Louis area. This was my priority. - Proximity to grocery stores (Aldi is about 15min walk away) and all the great restaurants in area, Very happening location. - The community and neighbors are very friendly, there are frequent social activities. -
