I had to obtain documents the day before closing. They passed blame on others verses following through in securing all needed documents. Further, closing was delayed 30 mins and they did not honor the wire process expectations in which they communicated.

They dropped the ball and left a lien on my property. Make sure they don't do it to you. Now I have to jump through hoops to get it off. Sucks to take up my time and they should of did their job. They fixed the problem in speedy time thank you very much.

I've been to US title in Longview a few times for home closings. Has always been a good and pleasant experience. The staff are all very helpful and the closings are done in a very timely fashion in the times I've experienced. They are always helpful and work hard to make everything go smoothly and as it should for both parties.

Took care of some legal documents that needed to be sign. One of the workers that they would be having a customer appreciation fish/chicken cook out later and invited me to come back. I was very busy that day but was able to come back. Very professional company and nice atmosphere.
