US Rubber Lofts

i have been a homeowner the last 18 years and decided to sell and live in an apartment for awhile before buying again. i have friends that moved recently to the usrubber lofts and i really loved their apartment. so i took the chance and now am living there. ive read all of the reviews and i did have some concerns. after being there for 3 months i am very happy with my decision. the place is very well managed. the office staff is very responsive and super friendly. the grounds are kept very clean. im sure some buildings are noisier than others but i lucked out and have a super quiet loft. its quite beautiful to. im sure there are areas to improve but overall this place exceeded my expectations

I toured this property with Tim a week ago, he was courteous, knowledgeable and straightforward. Destiny showed me the property and the unit once again today, she was very helpful and understanding. A maintenance issue revealed itself so Destiny got the regional manager and the property manager (Adam) involved. They came up with a plan to resolve the problem within minutes. I was very impressed with the level of service and care that Adam and Destiny displayed. As the owner of a property management company, this is the level of service I strive to provide our residents. Kudos to the management team!

Just wanted to express my gratitude towards everyone in this office . The team at US Rubber Lofts is amazing. Very professional. Answers the phones and emails efficiently . Britney you deserve your flowers! You have been super helpful and the property manager as well! Everyone is great! Highly recommend and they offer great amenities. If you have ever lived in apartment style living you will know how important management is and how much they play a role in your experience!

Just here spilling the tea 😉 My fiance, 8 yr old daughter, our dog and I are about to move into US RUBBER LOFTS. They have been amazing! Brittany guided us through the tour showing us all of the amenities from the rooftop lounge, community rooms, 2 gyms, basket court, 2 game rooms, storage, animal washing station and more! We saw a model unit close to the one we applied for. The entire team helped us through the application process, even when we stumbled upon issues they personally called and helped us multiple times. They truly want all future residents to have a chance at living in this historic mill style luxury living. Everyone in the leasing office has been so helpful. We move in this week and I could not be happier to get a taste of providence living! I am overjoyed they accepted my

Destiny was able to answer all our questions and made the whole process very easy for us. The maintenance man (wish I knew his name) was also very kind in offering me help in the hallway when I was struggling with something.
