This office was assigned to me When I purchased my home. Closing was so smooth and after a year later when I need something Lisset Acuña is always so helpful, she always responds on a timely manner.

They gave us a pre-approval letter for conventional loan and then attempted to switch it to FHA right as we went into escrow on the property. The big problem was that the property was a condo and was not FHA approved.They then tried to tell us that the condo was FHA approved when the association told us it wasn't. In the end we got a new loan, but they almost killed the entire deal for us. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK...WAY SHADY!!!!!!!!
