I’ve had a great experience with JRC Property Management company. The building is consistently well maintained, and any time a repair is needed it’s handled quickly and efficiently. Maintenance requests are taken seriously and resolved without unnecessary delays, which really makes a difference day to day. A big part of what makes this place so well run is the onsite manager, Will. He’s responsive and friendly. It’s reassuring to have someone onsite who’s easy to communicate with and proactive about keeping the property in great shape. He takes our concerns seriously and does a great job as an onsite manager. Overall, this is a reliable, professional management company that does an excellent job taking care of both the building and the people who live here. Highly recommend.

You can tell it is family run business because there is a level of care and consistency that you don’t see with other companies. I also appreciate the maintenance team. It is always the same crew. I recently rented an apartment through JRC. My manager Carolina Cueva was very supportive and accommodating throughout the process. She showed be multiple apartments until I decided on the right one for me. She is very patient and made the process easy for me as I work unusual hrs. JRC is lucky to have Carolina representing their company. I felt She went above and beyond for me. I am very grateful to her.

Had an extremely pleasant move-in process all thanks to Lucky and his wife. Every step of the way I was informed and I was never left waiting for any information. My first month after moving in has gone smoothly as well and even if there has been a problem it has been addressed in under 24 hours and it has never came back. The apartment was extremely clean upon move-in and I could not be more satisfied with my decision.
