Utmost respect in listening to multiple calls from a distraught Oregon elder woman. My fears were addressed & ( although there were a couple of Kohl's that I made where I had to separate ladies on the phone that basically made me feel like I needed to bring my balance current as though they had collection experience and perhaps a didn't reach the right Department. Made it harder but once I got in touch with the user-friendly very helpful customer service rep it made all the difference in the world during this difficult time. I am now on track I made my payment for August 2021 and I will continue my payments as long as I can I plan on living in this home for at least another 15 to 20 years I will not miss a payment because I have Dependable income coming in I love this neighborhood it's rig
