Ashley and her staff were a pleasure to fund a deal. As a loan officer that has dealt with many escrow companies doing refinances and purchases. Occasionally you get a tough one, I regrettably had one with Ashley. Not only did she have a great positive get it done attitude, but she was also a pleasure to work with and has a solid grasp on how to get it done. I would recommend her and her company to anyone looking in the Oregon area for an escrow company. I definitely would recommend and use her services again.

Ashley is the best! I have bought and sold homes all my adult life and Ashley saved our deal. We went to her the week before escrow was to close when our previous agent dropped the ball and Ashley held it together closing it successfully. Couldn't be more grateful to her.
