U.S. Bank Branch

We have utilized the Harvester (MO) branch of U.S. Bank for many years. We have found the staff at this branch to be exceptional. In particular we have found Jason Smith & Kelli to be part of the assets we have with the bank. They have assisted us with basic & extraordinary account questions & concerns. This includes setting up accounts, transferring funds between accounts & with external transfers, mortgage, keeping us informed about current CDs & advising us of new CD offerings, helping us when the online access has given us problems (which is a frequent issue). We now live outside the U.S., but maintain several accounts with U.S. Bank. Jason Smith has continually been a great contact for us during our transition away from the U.S. We expect to remain loyal customers of the Harves

We have used US Bank for our business account for the last 15 years. In general a great bank for businesses. I personally really like going to the Harvester Branch. They remember me, are so friendly, and knowledgeable.

Highly reccomend Kelli Peterson if you need help from a U.S. Bank consultant. She took time to explain things to us and provided exceptional help. Exceeded my expectations.

I just visited the Harvester US Bank and was extremely impressed with Jetta, who works at this location. I had received an email to my primary account notifying me that PayPal was deducting a large sum of money. I was frantic and as I walked through the door, Jetta was extremely kind and asked if she could help me. I explained the situation and showed her the email. In a calm, reassuring manner Jetta handled the whole situation which turned out to be someone phishing for my personal information. Thank you, Jetta, for showing compassion and helping me out!

I've done external transfers every month for the last 6 years. I requested a transfer on 3/31/2023. On 4/06/2023 i called because the funds weren't in my account. The external transfer activity showed the money i asked to be transferred and said it would be arriving on 4/06/2023. And it said the status was completed. Where is my money, as this is for my mortgage payment. Now on 4/14/2023, the money is still not in my account. My external bank sent the ACH money on 4/11/2023, but yet i still had no money in my account. So i had to go withdraw more money from my external bank that was to be used for other bills to deposit into this account so i could pay my mortgage, as it would go delinquent after today. Now my other bills would wait for money to pay. Totally f#$@ed up. Thinking of sw
