Thank you Trevor Crain for being a very outstanding banker and for helping me get informed and approved for a credit card. You really went out your way to help me get out of a hole.

Only allow you to get small amounts of your money out at a time. Have to wait a week before able to draw money out after depositing a check and can only draw out small increments of it at a time. Can draw out any amount of money I've ever needed in the past at Robertson co credit union when needed.

There is plenty of parking. The parking lot, lobby, and main bank are always clean. The tellers always greet you upon entering. They are nice and helpful.

The customer service is the most absolute worst I have ever experienced. The clerks are extremely rude and unpleasant. It's almost unbelievable. I have been with US Bank since for about 13 years and it has gradually gotten worse and worse. Unfortunately I will be having to search for another bank to change my account and all of my info over to.
