Meadow Glen Apartments

Worst place to live. The landlord doesn’t even try to kick people out when cops have been called ten times for noise complaints. We constantly have people traveling in and out of the apartment above us. We have had property broken, possible thefts walking behind our apartments and clothes from the top apartment being thrown to the ground like underwear and shirts. This place has gone down hill since the change to the new people.

Ridiculously high speed bumps that scraped my car 3-4 times. Other people were trying to avoid the bumps as well.

We’ve been having problems with the neighbors upstairs playing loud music and stuff. My daughter is pregnant high risk they’ve been told and so has the law and nothing has been done about it and I will go to channel 5.!!!

I've been living here for about 2 years now and love it. The manager, Pam, is always available during office hours and has fixed a couple of things before I even knew they were broken lol. It's safe and very quiet. The only downside I can think of is that you're only allowed a single pet but I can live with that :)

New property manager is very disrespectful. The apartments themselves are pretty decent. Not very spacious. One bedroom apartments dont have w/d hook up. Rent goes up more frequent than any other apartment complex. They dont care if you've never been late in three years. Not recommended unless you have no other option.
