Good bank but there is not alot of them in my close areas

Great branch. Went in to open an account and was in and out within minutes. Melisa greeted me with such a welcoming and positive attitude. Very knowledgeable about the products and features offered. She answered all my questions and even had me download the app. Showed me the CoBrowsing feature. Mitch the branch manager also stepped in to acknowledge me and welcome me to US Bank. It was nice to leave that location with my account number, app and card ordered.

They take almost 10 days to clear my check from my job! Seriously what type of technology is that! Cancel all your accounts this insane ! no bank should hold people’s living money like that. No wonder why people are changing they bank accounts to other options ( no banks) because you’d have your money 2 DAYS before your pay day and also instead of all the fees this bank charges us you will be making money. BYE US BANK. Ridiculous! Horrible service

This bank used to be so much better as Union Bank. It is now horrible. Atm deposits only work every now and then and force you stand in a ridiculous line. You can see the look on the old Union Banks employees on how disgruntled they are with the whole takeover. Customer service has gone down the drain as it has taken multiple weeks to simply give a confirmation that an account has closed. You can not get anyone on the phone from the US Banks corporate office to help solve a problem and when you do get someone, they rarely help solve you problem. I would never open an account with US Bank and am seriously considering moving all my accounts out of this bank. A real shame that they took over a once good Union Bank, and flushed it down the toilet.
