Im out of state, and I needed guidance on how to get my insurance check endorsed. The polite lady pointed me in the right direction. I can't say the same ab a branch in Arkadelphia, Ar.

I want to applaud Regina Bates and the staff at the US Bank branch in Hot Springs Village, AR. Regina, in particular, is the finest example of service above self as she goes above and beyond to help her clients. The rest of the staff has also been very helpful to me and my family in some pretty trying situations. Your efforts do not go unnoticed and I and my sister are grateful to be your customers.

I have to give one star because I have gone to the bank three times this past month to use the ATM and it was either not working or out of cash.

This bank steals from its elderly customers living in Hot Springs Village. Do not trust them, especially Robbie the Financial Planner and Brandy the Teller. They work together to rip off old people, and will not let the elderly withdraw their money electronically using a computer. Both of them insist on in-person withdrawals ONLY, so they can convince older customers that they shouldn’t withdraw their money for any reason. They are not part of the digital banking world, where money can be transferred from one account to another. If your elderly parents want to withdraw their money, they have to walk into the bank for cash or a cashier’s check. That is the only way they will release their money.

Fixing your atm can't even deposit $100 bills, keeps rejecting.
