1 Star is too much. Terrible communication, did not seem professional at all, and when we could communicate, we were getting "brisk" responses. Closed 3 days ago (remote) and while I got the proceeds overnighted, I still don't have the buyer signed closing papers. Their website is flagged as "non secure" by all my browsers. Would not recommend.

Terrible company to work with slow replies and left us in the dark about getting things setup and timelines. Anytime we reached out we were met with a bad attitude and treated rudely. We had to help them do their own job multiple times

Called them a week ago to ask for a quote on closing. I haven't gotten anything yet. When i called back the lady gave me an attitude like it was my fault. Dont waste your time, use a real title company that has decency to return your calls.

Great experience! Jackie was always quick with answers and follow through. I highly recommend them.
