U.S. Bank Branch

I will drive out of my way to visit this branch vs any other in the metro. Love the employees, they all deserve a raise! Edit: just read other reviews and I have never had a negative experience at THIS bank.

Just stopped in to deposit money and the guy working, Luke, was super rude. Barely would say anything, then once the money was deposited he handed me the slip without saying anything, no thank you, no have a good day, nothing at all, it just felt weird? Like I’m sorry you have to do the job you applied for, trained for and got hired for. I shouldn’t feel like an inconvenience for simply depositing money at a bank.

They don’t really work with you like other bank or willing too, wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone who’s being affected by the current financial crisis

I haven't had access to my money for a week. Was supposed to have a check today in my account. It's not there. My rent is late due to a verification of address. Now I owe 100 in late fees due to this. And us bank wont reimburse me for them causing be to be late on my rent. I'm closing my account and will never use us bank. I hope you all have a better time with this company because I didnt.

ATM WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! Do not use the ATM at this branch. I tried to withdraw cash from a non us bank account. The ATM said my bank declined the transaction. I get home, login online and the transaction was successful but the ATM said the transaction was declined and did not dispense any cash. Now I am out of cash for the next 45 days. My bank said it will take them 45 days to complete their investigation. Do not use the ATM here or you WILL lose your money. I am glad I am no longer a US Bank customer.
