This is a terrible service provider as tenants they would never answer our texts or calls. When it came To deposit being refunded they didn’t honor The agreement and made us forfeit our deposit. This is the worst company to Work with by far. Do not use them for management or run away if they are the manager for where you are looking to stay. They do not care about their clients at all

Tread very lightly when renting through this company. I was recently a tenant and can confidently say this is poor property management across the board. I understand that business is business, but I genuinely don’t know how this company has made it this far with their current practices. As an out-of-town tenant, I had to rely on photos and videos before signing the lease. That was my first mistake. From the beginning, there was a clear lack of urgency and concern for tenant safety. When Hurricane Helene hit Florida’s west coast in September 2024, wind gusts knocked down the fence at our rental. We reported it immediately. It’s now May 2025—and the fence still hasn’t been repaired. It was a major hazard: rotten wood, rusty nails sticking out everywhere. The company tried to blame the neighb

The application process with this agency is the worst that I have seen. They ask so many private information, they keep charging you extra charges... Finally I have found another house with an agency that made the leasing process easy and smooth. Try to avoid this company

I am currently a tenant for one of the properties they manage. Absolute worst realty. starting with when we started this whole process we were assured of different things which were failed to do so. Next when we finally moved into the property we were given a home in the worst possible conditions and only given 140$ worth of compensation after being stated the house would be cleaned. Following with there are still repairs 3 months later that have not been completed. This company will never put the tenant first. It will always be landlord first although clearly in the wrong. Do not expect anything from the realty. Truly if possible avoid them if you can. My dog was hit by the landlord with no reasoning and nothing was done after complaint. LOOK FOR BETTER. I PROMISE THERE IS!

I am not a person who gives negative reviews on companies, but i feel that the public should know who they are dealing with prior to them doing any kind of business with this company. This company will try to swindle their way out of paying you back your security deposit. They will make up outlandish charges. Fortunately, I am able to collaborate, all of my objections with physical invoices. If you are thinking about using this company for renting, I beg you to please research their security deposit payback. Unfortunately, I am not the only one who they tried swindling out their security deposit. I have left a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well. BEFORE RENTING SEE THE REVIEWS THEY WILL TRY AND STAY WITH YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT!
