This review is for two people on the brokerage side of Urban Resource: Kiki Toledo, who was my realtor/tenant broker as I recently rented an apartment, and Jasmin Salomon, who was Assistant Leasing Manager. Kiki was extremely supportive and helpful throughout the process renting a beautiful pre-war residence in the Mid-Beach area! She gave very helpful guidance and advice and ultimately helped the transaction move very quickly. I think she is a phenomenal broker as well as a lovely person more generally! :) Jasmin was also incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive, and I am appreciative of how she kept me updated after I submitted my application, and worked with Kiki and the building to facilitate early move-in.

We were looking for a small place to stay when visiting Miami Beach, I came across this small unit, with an incredible low price, parking spot included, it needed some repairs but location was great for us. I contacted Lisa from Urban Realty, and her office happens to be across listed unit, she responded within minutes with a warm call and invited us to visit this unit same day.
