Wed Feb 11-Sun -Feb 15. 4 nights Do not let reviews of the hotel stop you from renting from the Miami homeowners Association. First of all, those reviews are a little bit exaggerated. I am a seasoned traveler and was traveling with my 25-year-old daughter. The unit itself was immaculate. Nice floors, beds were comfortable, bathroom spacious, with a great balcony overlooking Collins Avenue. The staff at the hotel and the Miami homeowners Association could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Especially Julia from the Miami homeowners Association office, and Whitney from the hotel management staff. My family and I stay in a property that was in Hollywood, Florida. The place was exactly like the picture they posted. We stay 10 days, everything work perfect and the host Xavier always answers. The neighborhood was very quiet. We love the house. Was a New years trip.
