If I could give 0 stars I would! I originally dealt with Judy but she quit and its been all downhill since. I was given an apartment that wasnt even clean, nor was any work done after the last tenant left. Infested with roaches and the other buildings bedbugs! I litterally had piles of diirt in each corner of the place. New manager Claudia is something else rude and unprofessional! slum lords! Response from the owner I am relay sorry you think that way.You can stop by the office if you need help with anything.We really do our best to give good and clean units we stay in touch with the tenants every day. The worst place you ever want to live they're slumlords they will not give you a deposit back and say you can't keep calling and they owe you money they owe me $2,300 I'm going to the news I'm going to the lawyers they're going to pay me my money back it's bug infested they got cats hanging all around drug dealers hanging around you can get robbed in the parking lot That's how danger it is and the fact that they refuse to pay you your money back they can buy new cars but don't want to give you your deposit back they can say you're not there tenant but you live there for a whole year when it's time for them to return your money they don't fix anything everything is packed up and got mole in their holes in the wall roaches and bed bugs let's not forget when it's time to pay rent if you one s

Someone tried to break into my son's apartment at Los Robles apartments.The office at urban edge did nothing about it.They could not provide video evidence .

Good place to live & excellent location. Close to everything. I've been here for 3 yrs & I must say these apartments have come a long way & now I feel comfortable. The Office Staff is "AMAZING" Karyn is always there to greet with a smile & hello. She puts maintenance requests in pronto, & a great resource. Chris & Vanessa are also great. The grounds are now kept up & the lighting is perfect for this area. Keep it up guys!
