Uptown Fayetteville

I’ve lived here for almost 3 years. Prior to moving to AR, I lived in Chicago, Austin, Houston and Dallas, TX. I lived In condos and apartments in the city centers. This is the most expensive place I’ve ever lived. Granted the economy is awful and still prices here are wildly inflated for the bare minimum. My main issues with this apartment complex: ~ high turnover in management (changes every 6 months) ~ poor grounds upkeep; the grounds keeper is selective about his job and still gets to have one ~ when it snows (like it does every year) there is no treatment of the grounds or stairwells that ice over . I’ve fallen and injured myself multiple times. If I fall again this year, I’m seeking an attorney. I sought one last year but he said “because I didn’t break anything it would be a hard c

Two words: STAY AWAY. I’m only writing this because I unfortunately currently live here. This place is an absolute nightmare. Management changes constantly - I’m not exaggerating when I say it feels like every other week there’s “new management,” which explains why nothing ever gets done. Good luck getting a response. Emails, calls, requests? Ignored for weeks. Maintenance takes forever (if it even happens at all), and when they do “fix” something, it’s half-done and breaks again shortly after - or you constantly have to follow up. The elevator in the main building is constantly broken, which is ridiculous and unsafe. The pool was advertised but isn’t even heated, so it’s basically unusable and drifted during the summer. And for all of this? They have the nerve to overcharge on rent lik

The office management staff were discourteous and unwelcoming throughout my interaction. Their behavior demonstrated a lack of professionalism and respect toward guests. Significant changes in management and customer service standards are necessary. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this property to others.

(For legal reasons this is all allegedly). This is a rotting corpse of a gaslighting manipulating management, the trick is to have you sign lease, then they have you live next to horrible people that they do nothing about, so you break it then they do the same to the next people. There are better places for less money.

I lived here for 3 years. Many great memories, great neighbors, and I overall loved it. My complaint is about the communication. It was always a beating to get in touched with maintenance, and to get them to come fix an issue. It was also a beating to get in touch with anyone from the office. Many rumors went around about the office/manager/maintenance crew constantly quitting, which I believe because the office crew was constantly changing. I also don’t think corporate cared much about what was happening at the Fayetteville location. I have many reasons to back that up, but I’m just gonna leave that as is. Again, great place to live, just the communication between the office crew needs to be fixed. I would love to mention that the new manager (Kaden) was so kinda and great any time I talk
