Phillip helped us find our new home! As first time home buyers and new to NWA, it felt like a daunting feat to purchase a home in this market, but Phil made the whole process very easy. He went above and beyond helping us, from setting up showings quickly to helping to work with the seller to negotiate on our behalf. If there were more stars, this realtor would get them. Philip is tops in the business, He is a go-getter, but moves at his client's pace. He is so knowledgeable of the area, of every aspect of real estate, finance, and that gadget (phone) of his is magic, every question we had during our search of our future home, Philip was on it within a minute and had the answer! He is high-powered and was born for this, pleasing people in finding their dream home because its obvious he loves what he does. We had an enjoyable experience, coupled with his sense of humor, we would recommend him to ANYONE looking for the most wonderful experience to be had in finding a home. If I could give Phillip more than five stars, I would. We discovered him on YouTube when researching Arkansas, and he encourages his viewers to reach out to him when they are ready to visit the he area. We did, and Phillip met us met us in Bentonville, took us for coffee and a walking tour of the sites. He also showed us multiple homes on our first visit to Arkansas, showing us the different areas of north west Arkansas. We fell in love with Bella Vista and on our second trip, Phillip took us to over 15 homes until we found the one. He put in three offers for us and we were so impressed on how he did not wait on anything. He was so responsive to us, despite the fact that we were in California during the process. I could not recommend him more!!!
