Uptown 550

I just want to give a shoutout to Clyde at Uptown 550. He is consistently polite, responsive, and genuinely helpful. No matter the situation, he handles everything with professionalism and kindness. It really makes a difference when you have someone like him at the concierge desk. He’s a huge asset to the building! Kori is also wonderful and always warm, polite, and willing to assist whenever I need anything. The concierge team really adds to the overall experience of living here. And I can’t forget the amazing maintenance team — Kevin, Tevin, Carl, and Kinte are all fantastic. They are prompt, respectful, and always handle maintenance requests efficiently. It’s so appreciated. Having a team like this really makes living at Uptown 550 a positive experience.

Concierge is incredible. They help with every issue. I am never met with anything less than the utmost respect and they go above and beyond their job on a daily basis honestly, The concierge and the security might staff make me wanna extend my lease 20 months. I live in Los Angeles and it was incredible beautiful beaches great weather and an incredible Nightlife when I moved to Charlotte, I was nervous in terms of new city but honestly and I say this with 100% honesty Jerry has been the most incredible. I don’t even wanna call him Concierge does it feels wrong? I want to tell my friend because he treats me like that. I believe he treats everybody like that. People need to be proud of what they do and Jerry is always meeting me with a smile. He’s always asking how my day is going if I need

My experience staying at uptown550 has been an excellent one. The leasing office, concierge, and maintenance Team are Tier one. They are always pleasant and attentive and they always make sure all your needs are met. They always create a warm environment. From the heartfelt good mornings from the front desk concierge to the warm cups of coffee with a smile from the barista. The entire team is awesome. Couldn’t have picked a better place to call home.

I recently moved into Uptown 550 and the 24 hour concierge had been great. Very helpful and friendly and have gone above and beyond to ensure I have been settled in and have become well acquainted with the property. The concierge manager Clyde has been very accommodating and attentive to detail and knowledgeable on all FAQ that new residents typically have.

I moved in, back in March. And I will say this is the best community I’ve ever lived in. I have the best neighbors! Payton, Sydney, Ty and Luis always work quickly and efficiently and are extremely welcoming and friendly. The concierge is also extremely helpful and it honestly feels like one big family. The amenities/spa add a nice touch— one of my favorite places to be! How could I have forgotten the amazing maintenance team?! Kevin, Tevin, Carl and Kinte are all great and very prompt with all maintenance requests!
