Upper Deerfield Estates

I enjoy living here since moving in 2 years ago. This is a quiet, safe community and well maintained. There are many stores in the area close by, which is a great convenience for residents who do not drive. I cannot say enough about the quality of service I have received whenever a problem may occur. The management office personnel, Gene & Hallie, and the maintenance department team, John & his guys are always attentive & courteous and never seem bothered by any concern a resident may have. Their quick willingness to remedy a problem is always impressive !! Everyone was very helpful especially Connor, Hallie, and Amanda. The only issue was the online application. Way too complicated especially for seniors without technoligy experience.

Ms. Yuri, Ms. Hallie and Mr. Connor are very professional and extremely caring people! We are very pleased with their services! Have dealt with Ms. Yuri on many occasions and she is a gift from our Creator! Very helpful and patient!

Very manner able pleasant to talk with did everything she could to get me placement even when there was an opening. And I got it she celebrated me made me feel real good Yuri is the best !!!!!!

The staff at Upper Deerfield Estates helped me tremendously during a very rough move. Everything that they needed to provide was done and their verbal support was fabulous.
