Ivy Square Apartments

This place is an absolute dump. It’s hilarious to look at the pics they use for their profile. The person I go to visit had there vehicle parked in the lot and fell asleep. They woke up the next day there car had been towed. Now this place has a rule of one parking spot per unit even know they rent 2 and 3 because bedroom apartments. This is a ridiculous rule and the parking lots sit empty 90 percent of the time everyone instead parks on the street out front. Well two days a week they supposedly do street sweeping so all the residents attempt to jam all the cars on one side of the street. So when my friend had his second vehicle towed he wasn’t mad at the office, or the tow company but himself. He knew he messed up and asked for a ride to go pick up his car. They hired this new maixtenance man with a low cut damn near bald who takes pictures of people cars and few hours later the tow truck pops up. I know the tow company is paying him like he did the other maintenance people before him…. I think they should stress the issue do not accept payment from the tow company if they do fire them

The staff treats you like you are beneath them. It's always new staff every 6 months. I've been here for 18 years and 7 months with three sons living in a 2 bedroom. I have written letters, requested a 3 bedroom and called corporate. When they redid the apartments the only thing I got was the bathroom cabinet under the sink and new kitchen cabinets. My floor tile is 2 different colors. I guess I wasn't on the tile and paint list smh. They need to do better. Think twice before applying here. It's not worth it at all. If I had somewhere else to go I would! We the tenants #hateithere

I have lived here for 9 years I love my neighbors but they take forever to fix things you get charged a dollar late fee everyday even when you pay on time they never answer the phone been trying for months to get my latest fees off n for my oven to be fixed for months as well as my floor

The staff is very nasty and disrespectful… they talk to you like ur not worth nothing even wen ur being polite and nice….super unprofessional….I’m in VA why would I want to move there‼️‼️🤦🏽‍♀️ the people are just rude(the staff)
