University Village

I’m a college student and I use the study room some nights. This man who lives here came super close to the door and took a picture of me. He kept hovering my door and I had my Boyfriend come down. He for sure thought I lived here alone. The door locks from the inside of the study room, thankfully. He said he LIVES here. If you are a woman and you live here or want to live here be careful walking around at night. This is the first time I’ve had someone come that close to the door. Literally stood between the chair and door for 2 minutes, starred at me and lifted his phone upward to take a picture. He could have opened the door if he wanted and it definitely looked like he wanted to. I’m so glad it locks. He said he was waiting for an uber and there is so much room to wait somewhere else. N

Safe, convenient location nearby university, quiet, and affordable studio apartments in Abq. They were quick to address maintenance issues. Nice small gym with basic equiptment, laundry room, utilities included, furnished and gated.

I waited several days for the manager to call me back come….so this morning I called when she should of called me back and she was totally rude you know without even trying to get me into an apartment she just keeps saying without this or without that I can’t approve you when I know that’s not true she didn’t even want to put the effort into helping someone who needs to find a place and see if there is any other ways when other apartments are going to get me in I’m. I really liked the university village and really wanted to rent from there not any more..TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS…

My son stayed here for the summer. He was provided a studio with a bathroom a fridge a desk a crappy couch and decent bed. No real cooking options other than a microwave and a hot plate. He don’t really cook anyways so that didn’t matter. The security of the place seemed decent. No way for delivery people to get to your apartment so that’s a negative. You need a card to get through the gate. But all in all it served its purpose for the summer he had no complaints.

This place is such false advertisement with its name “university village “ You’d think the rent to students or business travelers, But they really let anybody live here which is unfortunate because the price is great/affordable for anybody. Neighbors bringing in homeless people off the street into the apartment across from me, who have obviously lived there very long term. People who are intoxicated/ under the influence of drugs roaming the place. The carpets in the halls smell terrible. Found a huge cockroach within a hour of arriving to my apartment, then more after.. had to keep my drains covered and spray with raid. The key cards NEVER work to get into the building.. not kidding I would have to slide it 20+ times, multiple times.. which is scary in this location. I think it’s fine th
