Absolutely terrible. Didn’t clean the unit before I moved in. Maintenance is slow and site is hard to navigate. Even during the long Texas summer the pool was not cleaned once. Staff is lazy. Inconvenient leasing office hours. Overpriced. Toilet makes a loud screeching noise every fifteen minutes unless you turn the water off. Dusty. Kitchen sink was designed by an idiot. That being it’s a large sink with no spray attachment so you have to awkwardly move the food to the drain with a spoon and such. The garbage disposal performs poorly. Units are ugly and beat down. Stains on the ceiling, ugly carpet, not like the show unit. The provided trash cans for trash service are too small, may as well just leave your trash bag on the floor next to it. I had an excellent apartment tour with Ari! He was incredibly detailed, entertaining, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, pointed out features I wouldn’t have noticed on my own, and made the experience feel relaxed and enjoyable rather than rushed. His knowledge of the property and genuine enthusiasm really stood out. I left feeling confident and well informed thanks to his guidance. Highly recommend touring with Ari if you get the chance!

Update as of 1/30/2026: do not move to this apartment unless you want to pay almost 1000$ a month for a place with three roommates that you can’t even sleep in because they decided that the loud music that is coming from another entire unit is “acceptable” and “non-violating” even though you have had to stay up until 2am trying to get their useless security guards to come into your unit to actually hear it (you can’t hear it outside!!!) but at least when they do hear it they agree that it is too loud (at least to your face). Quiet and serene place. The staff is courteous and they keep doing fun activities time to time to keep the residents feel at home. Beautiful pool and great gym. UT is the kind of place you would like to come home to!

My Daughter is in grad school and has been here for a few years. Great location, walkable, but better with an electric scooter. Quiet, good activities and gym/pool. Price is nice compared to others right around the school. She is in a 3 room unit, each with its own full bath, and a shared common area.
