Monica was very helpful and communicative throughout our entire home buying process. We were new to the area and she showed us around many homes and answered our questions. Now that we have moved in she has also been super helpful connecting us to a variety of specialists and contractors in the area. If you are moving to Bryan/College Station and are or will be a Texas A&M employee this resource in the photo from aggieland credit union could be very helpful. I received this on my first day of work after we had already bought a home but this may be something worth exploring.

Monica helped us with our purchase and then again with our sale. We had told her we wanted to look for a condo in the spring as our sons lease would be over but due to some circumstances with the property and roommates we were allowed to get out of the lease early. Called Monica and told her we would be in town for a football game and needed to look at properties that weekend and to move in by end of the year.
