The grounds were consistently clean and well-kept, as were the common areas. What truly sets this senior living facility apart, however, is the sense of family that permeates the place. A principal reason for this warm, welcoming atmosphere is the property manager, Ms. Nikki. She not only treats everyone who walks through the door with dignity and respect, but also offers emotional support to residents and their families, easing the concerns that often accompany the monumental decision to place a loved one in a residential community.
