Linda in the office is rude and very unprofessional! I live out of state and am listed as the emergency contact for my dad. This is a disabled/elderly community as my dads health declined he was unable to attend to his bills. He went 6 months without a payment and I was never contacted until a pad lock was on his door and they wanted him removed from the premises. My dad lived there a whole year without any difficulty, once he was a month late I feel I should have been contacted as homelessness is an emergency. My dad was put out in the dead of winter and loss all of his personal belongings. When I asked why I was never informed this lady told me they are not an assisted living(even though nursing agencies frequent the property)and the emergency is only if he dies. Nice little apartments that used to be Winston-Salem State residence. They are now home to the elderly and disabled.
