I’ve had a great experience working with my property manager, Sasha. Recently, she handled a complicated dishwasher issue for one of my tenants, and she stayed on top of it from start to finish. She communicated clearly, coordinated repairs, and made sure the tenant was taken care of without unnecessary stress on my end. I really appreciate her diligence, professionalism, and follow-through. This review is for our representative for this company Sasha she is amazing we had a few issues with our home. Heater motor went out she was on the ball not stopping until it was repaired one vendor couldn't get it for a few days she found us one that workd fix it that night. We had to get a new dishwasher and she had issues with Lowes and getting it to us she was on the phones fighting for it to get to us sooner than later it arrives she got a great vendor to put it in but Lowes forgot the installation kit which was on the sale invoice. Once again she was on the phone battling it out with them til it was delivered . She has done an exemplary job so far whomever she represents a rental persons she goes to war for any repair needs to get taken care of we need more Sashas out there.

Great experience with this rental company. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the company is always prompt with follow-up. Sasha has been especially helpful—she’s responsive, professional, and easy to work with. We really appreciate how smoothly everything is handled.
