University Place Apartments

Terry Vanwie has been incredible to work with. She had numerous meetings with me and my son to help get him an apartment at University Place. I wish that every person in customer service was like Terry. She really cares that you are set up in a place on time and she greeted my son with joy and ease. She reviewed every word of the lease with us. I am a sales trainer and she is one of the best I have experienced in regards to exceeding clients expectations.

Since moving into this apartment, I’ve been very satisfied overall. My unit is well designed and comfortable to live in. What really stands out, though, is how helpful and kind our apartment manager is. As someone new to the area and still getting used to the language, I really appreciated her patience—she even helped me communicate with the internet company. Whenever there’s an issue in the apartment, she responds quickly and takes care of it. A great apartment manager truly makes the place feel more like home, and she does exactly that.

I have lived here for over 4 years. I must give great praise to Terry, the building manager. It is obvious that she takes great pride in the work that she does here. She always takes my concerns seriously, no matter how small they may be, and always provides satisfactory resolutions with clear communication. I also often see her around the building, cleaning and doing other work to keep the place looking nice. The building also has a great maintenance team, who I often see around the building doing preventative maintenance and other work to keep the building in good shape. Terry, the manager of University Place apartments, was incredibly understanding of our situation and welcoming. She explained all the details patiently and always picked up our phone calls. We were able to sign a 3-month lease to ensure we had summer housing. Even when our plans changed and we did not end up moving into the apartment, Terry showed incredible kindness.
