Parking is HORRIBLE at night! There’s no point in a parking pass. THEY DO NOT MOW THE LAWN! So be aware if you have dogs. Other than that good place to stay.

Awful management. This area pictured has been painted over three times, with management claiming it was just mildew. However, it keeps coming back and spreading, even after using the "anti-mildew" primer. The trash bins are constantly overflowing, and the parking situation is a nightmare. Also, if you are like myself and currently live there and have an unusually large power bill, check your windows they don't seal, and even after the poor caulking job they did this past winter, my window seals still froze over. Avoid this place if you can.

Top Notch Customer Service from the front Office Staff to the Maintenance Team! You can tell they all communicate and care about us as Residents. Any time I’ve submitted a maintenance request it has been taken care of promptly, usually the same day. Front Office is always friendly and readily available as well. I’ll definitely be referring these apartments to anyone looking!

I live at university park apartments and we are going on 4 weeks without air conditioning or proper communication on when we can expect to have it. The maintenance team has “fixed” our air conditioning four different times for it to break again within the hour, and have finally admitted that they didn’t know how to solve the problem in the first place. This is incredibly frustrating and the main office goes to voicemail (within working hours, not around lunchtime) everytime we try to call to get information about the air. We are going to pay $1100 this month to live in a hot apartment with loud, portable air conditioning units rather than the air conditioning most people expect when paying for an apartment. Just moved in last week and they have been amazing. This my first time buying an apartment and they made the experience an easy and stress free one. I could not ask for a better first apartment. Not to mention how good the apartments look. Love it! Edit: 3 months in and I already hate it. Sorry for the bad review but you've done it to yourselves. I've complained multiple times about multiple cars without parking passes taking up spots. And not to mention my upstairs neighbors yelling racial slurs at me when I complsin to them about the noise. I will not be renewing my lease at the end of the years. I'm certain I will be able to find a new home with the price I'm paying here anyways. They have got to be more serious about their complaints it's utterly ridiculous.
