June Beene Garden Apartments

Absolutely terrible customer service. I am a maintenance supervisor at an apartment complex here in Conway myself. And I can tell you that an employee should never ever talk to someone the way that my wife was talk to on this property. They accuse me of having my dog their my to visit my daughter.my dog has never been on that property. As someone that's been running apartment complexs for 12 years now . DONT MOVE THERE !! The staff is terrble Crystal was the initial one hollering and screaming and calling my wife a liar and then when I called Courtney to talk to her about it was called a liar again. I kept asking for corporations number so I could talk to her boss and she would never give it to me. I believe this is his own by Trinity...

I am giving a one star because the one bedroom apartment is okay, but one of the neighbors have been horrible! He was blasting loud music all throughout the day and late hours of the night. Although I reported it to management, she didn't do anything about it. I had to contact the police during his late night disturbance, and the police had to contact management because the neighbor refused to answer his door for police. The officer informed management about the loud disturbance and the law against it, and she tried to make an excuse for the neighbor. Thank God the officer told her that the neighbor doesn't get to break the law by playing hard rock music that loud and especially that late at night. Lived here for about 5 years and it was the best complex experience I ever had. They are understanding, communicative, and quick on work orders. I recommend them to anyone i can. It's located by multiple restaurants, gas stations, 5 minutes from Walmart, and less than 10 minutes to the interstate.

I have lived at June Beene for almost 10 years. I have nothing but good things to say about the complex and its employees. If there was ever an issue, maintenance was there within a few hours. The office staff has always answered all my questions and made renewing my lease easy. The apartments are roomy as well as one story, so no pesky upstairs neighbors. Plus rent is very reasonable. I would highly recommend living at June Beene if you are looking for a great place in Conway.

Love Love June Beene always quiet, and the office workers are always so kind if you have maintenance issues their alway prompt . Ms. Crystal is such a sweetheart I would recommend with no hesitation.
