Customer Reviews
University Court is now under new ownership and a new management team, and the improvements have been great to see. The hallways have been updated, and all of the apartments are being renovated, which has really improved the overall feel of the building. I’ve truly enjoyed living here and appreciate how responsive management has been during the updates. The location is perfect for students, with easy access to UB South Campus, making commuting simple and convenient. I would strongly recommend University Court, especially for students looking for a well-maintained building close to campus.
Donot ever move in this appartment. This is the worst appartment i have ever seen and stayed. If you move in this appartment you will be in big trouble. Very Old building, roof fall down and hit me, i luckly saved my life. I tried to contact them, they never responded, even after that life threatening situations. Signing the contract in this appartment is a trap, you cannot cancel it without the end of lease term. Donot donot move here, it is for your safety.
Do not live here. This building quality is poor and unsafe. I used to live here and the roof was falling down and hit my neck. The maintenance people said that this building is pretty old and the similar issues happened several times in other apartment in this property. Save your life, do not live here . RUN!!
They list apartment that they can't even give a move in date. I been watching since the end of February. I even recommended an email stating my move in date was soon called to make sure the apartment would be ready "it may even be before that" Now, I have no more time in my apartment I stay in.. Homeless, SPCA for animals, storage. If they can't even pass an inspection "the broiler" D-O- N-O-T
University Court Apartments is TRASH. Stay away. Here's the only two Positives I'll mention about living here. 1: The convenience of living near a supermarket, a train station, and many restaurants can't be denied. 2: The Maintenance people seem to be the only people who actually care about the residents here. Negatives? So many that they undercut the positives. Noise: For the noise alone, this is one of the single worst places that I've ever stayed at. Whether it's dog noise, outside noise, or noise from the other residents, don't expect to have a peaceful time here. And there's not even remotely any sort of noise insulation, so you too can hear things such as couples arguing with each other, a man threatening violence against his girlfriend, and a father hitting his child. Bugs: Expe
