We closed on our home quickly and with ease! It was truly night and day from the first time we bought a home which was so clinical and informal. Everyone we interacted with at Universal Title was helpful along the way and especially on the day of closing. They made the paperwork full process even enjoyable by providing drinks, snacks and an opportunity to take a picture at the end with our lovely Realtor in a pleasant space. Five stars? Pfft. Give them the whole dang galaxy. I just closed on a home, and Universal Title – Old Town made the process so easy, I kept waiting for someone to pop out and say, “Just kidding! Real estate isn’t supposed to be this smooth!” From the first phone call to the final signature, they guided me through the closing process like a GPS for grown-up decisions. Every form was explained. Every step made sense. They even smiled while doing it, which—let’s be honest—is suspicious behavior in the adulting world. I half expected to walk into their office and find a chaotic scene of paper flying, pens clicking, and someone yelling about escrow. Instead? Calm. Professional. Efficient. Dare I say… pleasant? At a title company?! Madness. They took what should’ve felt like a high-stakes ep
